The site presents La Moderna's services: furnished mid-term homes for guests and companies, property management on behalf of owners, and the Short-Term, Commercial, Design and Investment divisions. It lets you ask us for a home, a valuation or a call back.

The rent estimate for owners is based on the rents of the homes we manage and is only a starting point: the real valuation comes after the inspection.

4. Requests and contracts
We usually answer requests within one working day. Rentals, property management and our other services are governed by individual contracts, which prevail over these terms.
