How to read them

What the rent includes, and what you keep.

  • Bills, internet and furniture included

These are all-inclusive rents: they don't compare one-to-one with an unfurnished long-term let, where tenants pay the bills.

  • Contracts from 1 to 18 months

Professionals on assignment, students, companies, families between homes: at the end of each contract the property is free again.

  • What the owner keeps

It depends on the property's costs and the management fee: we tell you in the full valuation, after a free visit.

  • Your home may sit above or below

Area, floor, condition, furniture and light move the rent: the website estimate covers the first factors, the visit covers all of them.

Questions

What people ask us about rents.

01How much does a one-bedroom flat cost to rent mid-term in Bergamo?

One-bedroom flat in Bergamo city: half of the rents between €1,000 and €1,300 per month, median €1,200, across 41 homes. These are all-inclusive rents: they don't compare one-to-one with an unfurnished long-term let, where tenants pay the bills.

02Is a mid-term rent all-inclusive?

Yes, in the homes we manage the rent includes bills (electricity, gas, water), internet and full furniture. That's why it is higher than an unfurnished long-term let, where bills are extra.

03Is mid-term better than a 4+4 lease?

The monthly rent is often higher and the property isn't tied up for years, as each contract lasts 1 to 18 months. In exchange it needs furniture, guest management and a little more vacancy: that's why professional management matters.

04How often is the data updated?

Every day, from La Moderna's management system. At the top of the page you'll find the date of the last update and the number of homes counted.
