La Moderna was born in 2016 from an idea of Emanuele Cariglia and his mother: managing owners' properties with the care you'd give your own home. Today we look after over a hundred homes in the city and province.

The beginning
Emanuele takes his first steps in real estate as an agent, in his early twenties.

Tourism grows: the first experience managing short-term rentals.

With his mother he founds La Moderna Servizi & Property Management, in Curno.
