02How much could my apartment earn?

03What's included in the rent?
Bills (electricity, gas, water), internet and full furnishing. The exact conditions are written in the listing and in the contract.
04Can the contract be in my company's name?
Yes. We work with companies hosting employees on assignment: contract and invoice in the company's name, also for several people.
05Will my apartment be tied up for years?
No. Each contract with a guest lasts 1 to 18 months, so the property isn't locked in like with a 4+4 lease. Timing and conditions for getting it back are written together in the management agreement.
06How much does management cost for an owner?
It depends on the property and the services. The valuation is free and without commitment: after the visit you receive a written offer with fees and services included, no hidden costs.
07Who are the guests?
Professionals on assignment, healthcare and corporate staff, students and researchers, families waiting for their permanent home. We verify identity, references and income before every contract.
